A Distinctly Russian House
The interior of the guesthouse reflects Natasha's love of
her Russian heritage, with many unique artifacts that she
has collected over the years. This character house provides
an enriched cultural environment, be it the cuisine, language,
decor, buildings, books, textiles or photos.
This is truly a peaceful place to stay. There is no TV, but
the internet is available.
Room Prices, Per Night:
Prices start at $100 per night. This includes room, breakfast,
use of banya, and one guided outing (with the minimum of 3
nights).
Packages Available:
$120 single, $140 couple package: pick two activities from
the list below
$160 single, $180 couple package: pick three activities from
the list
$200 single, $220 couple package: pick four activities from
the list
- watercolour painting lesson by a qualified instructor
- drawing lesson by a qualified instructor (pencil, pen
and ink)
- hands-on lesson on canning and preserving food (seasonal)
- hands-on lesson on cooking Russian food
- one hour yoga sesson with a qualified instructor
- one hour massage session
- a guided walk, with a view of the valley
- a guided hike in the mountains
- a guided tour of a Doukhobor historical site
- a trip to a farm where you can pick your own berries and
fruit (seasonal)
- an evening of live piano music
